BACKSTAGESTORIES

In the twenty years of my career, I have released eight albums with my band Žalvarinis, as well as with other artists. I participate in various TV musical projects and work as a session guitarist / arranger in recording studios where I help other artists to record their songs. It took me many years to finally pursue recording a solo album which would have plenty of guitar compositions and my vocal could be heard. I did not limit myself trying to fit any musical genres, following trends or current standards, only tried to reveal the possibilities of this special instrument and dive into the music with my whole heart and soul. This debut album is long awaited and matured, perfected in its form, content, enriched with various colours and moods. #backstagestories – stories, adventures, ups and downs – the backstage of life. I am very happy and proud that many professional musicians have contributed to this album. Without the mastery of these artists, this album would not be as hot, colorful and unpredictable as it is now.
